hello guys. just wanna ask what would be the solution for a a screen malfunction on behold? if you tap on menu,web will be access or when dialing a number taping on the number 3,number 2 will be pressed?

This phone sucks! My husband got it when we upgraded our phones, and he has had nothing but trouble with it. The phone turns itself off for no reason, and it will be fully charged. He has the pattern lock on his phone because the phone would get unlocked while in his pocket and he would be calling people from his pocket while at work. The phone still comes unlocked even with the pattern lock. How does the phone know the pattern, and how does it unlock itself. We have had to exchange the phone 2 times, so he has had 3 total phones, and we just upgraded in March. The charging port quit working both times, the battery and charger were just fine. I called Samsung, and they basically told me that the only thing they can do is have me ship it to them (I pay for shipping) and they can look on the phone and work on it if need be, and this can take up to 2 weeks, and they do not give you a temporary phone while they do this. Then they ship it back to me. T-Mobile was no help, they said that they have to follow the policies set forth by the manufacturer. Either way we are screwed.

ok so to everyone, i figured out how to permanently turn off T9 when u flip to full keyboard..hold down the T9 on/off button till you see it kinda glow for a sec and it should stay off permanently!

@bigbrat , yeah, and then the next time you pull the keyboard up, T9 is back on. Hence Mike's use of the word "permanently." Unless it stays off on yours. If it does, trade me phones because right now anytime I go to type text and turn the phone sideways to get the full keyboard, T9 is back on again.

Hi. I purchased one from US on ebay and it worked for fine for few minutes but then it freeze at startup and now my phone is dead. Seems like hardware problem to me.

try taking out your sim card and battery and and putting it back in again… if it doesn’t help I would exchange it cuz it could be a manufacture defect.

@Mike Smith yes you can turn off t9 on behold next to space bar on left side there a button that says on click it once and it goes off...

yeah… at least the bluetooth works.. I practically had to find a loophole in the settings in order to access my memory card to my mac though lol…

*texting sucks… using a styles to text better lol
*turned off the button viberate— this saved so much battery life.
*the phonebook selection scrolling is the worst idea I have ever seen!!! they were trying to be *unique and made it extra difficult… I wish they had an alphabetical selection.
*needs to be mac compatable.
*camera and video are wonderful! although, had to find a way to save to memory card… bad software design…
* group texting needs to be better, 10 at a time is just silly…
*sim card phone book mixed with regular phone book is horriable. it duplicated each name in the list.

overall I somehow still love the phone and I came from using a blackberry pearl…
